How Zylti decides

A recommendation should be explainable.

Zylti separates product evidence, user requirements, scoring and commercial relationships so the result can be inspected instead of trusted blindly.

1. Plan Resolver

Find the cheapest real plan/configuration that can satisfy the requirement set. Starting prices alone are not enough.

2. Hard Constraints

Confirmed failures become INELIGIBLE. Material unknowns become NEEDS VERIFICATION. Neither can win.

3. Match Score

Eligible products receive a category-specific weighted score. User priorities change weights, not product facts.

4. Evidence Confidence

Confidence reflects source quality and freshness. It is displayed separately and never multiplies the Match Score.

Evidence classes

A1 / A2

Explicit first-party pricing, limits or product documentation.

B / C

Editorial interpretation or credible independent corroboration.

U

Unknown. Unknown is never silently treated as false or zero.
