Preis Studio is a trading name used by Vladimír Preis. It is not presented as a separate legal entity.

Informational decision support

Zylti provides general information and deterministic decision support for comparing software, plans, pricing context, capabilities and trade-offs.

Zylti is not individual legal, tax, accounting, financial, security, accessibility, procurement or data-protection advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether a product, plan, contract, configuration or provider is suitable for your specific situation.

Where a decision has material legal, financial, contractual, security or operational consequences, confirm the current provider terms and obtain appropriate specialist advice.

How Match works

Match applies defined, versioned rules to the requirements you enter and to Zylti's current product and evidence model. It resolves eligibility, modeled plans, hard requirements, Match Score and Evidence Confidence according to the published methodology.

A Match result is decision support, not a certification or guarantee. Evidence can be incomplete, become stale or change after review. An UNKNOWN or Needs verification state must not be treated as confirmed support.

Zylti does not promise that the highest-scoring result is suitable for every circumstance. Material requirements, current provider terms and official documentation should be verified before purchase or migration.

Prices and plan information

Prices, limits, included features, billing rules and plan names can change. Zylti aims to distinguish modeled plan cost from unsupported certainty, but published information is not a binding provider quote.

Before purchasing, verify the current price, currency, tax treatment, billing period, renewal conditions, eligibility, limits, add-ons and regional availability directly with the provider.

Comparisons

Zylti comparisons explain contexts in which each product may fit better. They do not declare a universal winner. Comparison pages are based on the current structured evidence model and may include editorial explanation of material trade-offs.

Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison.

No provider relationship or transaction

Zylti is not the CRM, email-marketing platform, website builder or other software provider described on its pages. Following an external link does not create a service contract with Zylti.

Any provider contract is made directly between you and the selected provider. That provider's current terms, privacy information, prices, availability, eligibility, support conditions and regional restrictions apply.

The current Zylti website provides no user accounts, accepts no orders, processes no payments and creates no paid support or subscription relationship with visitors.

Commercial relationships

Commercial activation is currently off. Existing provider links are neutral reference links and do not contain an approved affiliate identifier or commission-tracking mechanism.

If affiliate relationships are activated later, they must remain separate from Match scoring and eligibility, follow the Affiliate Disclosure, and must not silently change editorial ranking.

External links

Zylti may link to official provider websites, documentation, help centers, terms and privacy information. External websites are operated independently, and Zylti does not control their content, security, availability, accessibility, cookies, tracking, pricing, contracts or business practices.

A link does not by itself imply ownership, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or responsibility for the destination service.

Acceptable use

You may use the public website and tools for lawful informational and decision-support purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt or overload the website, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, misrepresent Zylti content as a provider guarantee, or falsely present yourself as representing Zylti or Preis Studio.

Intellectual property

Original text, structure, interface code, graphics and Zylti branding may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the project, source code or original editorial content.

Ordinary linking to public pages is permitted. Reproduction, republication or commercial redistribution may require permission or another valid legal basis.

Availability and changes

Zylti may be updated, corrected, reorganized, temporarily unavailable or withdrawn. No guaranteed uptime, response time, publication schedule, archival period or support level is offered.

Products, evidence, comparisons, scores and external links may change when the underlying evidence, implementation or provider changes.

Responsibility and limitations

You use Zylti and its tools at your own discretion. Zylti does not guarantee that every page is complete or error-free, that every external service remains available, that a provider will accept or continue an account, or that a particular product will satisfy requirements not captured by the current evidence model.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts responsibility or user rights where such exclusion or restriction is not permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Information about Match answers, server data, external links and future tracking features is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Governing context

The operator is established in the Czech Republic. These Terms are interpreted in the context of Czech law, subject to applicable European Union law, mandatory protections, conflict-of-law rules and rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.

The current website does not sell services or conclude consumer transactions with visitors. Purchasing, cancellation and refund procedures therefore belong to the selected third-party provider unless Zylti later introduces its own paid service.

Questions, correction reports or notices concerning these Terms can be sent to vladimir@preis-studio.cz.

These Terms must be reviewed if Zylti materially changes its operator information, paid services, account functionality, commercial relationships, affiliate activity, data handling or public tools.

Publication of these Terms does not itself authorize affiliate activation or search indexing.
