Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you use Zylti or contact the operator.
Operator and controller
Zylti is operated by Vladimír Preis, a sole trader in the Czech Republic, trading as Preis Studio. For the personal data described in this policy, Vladimír Preis is the controller.
- Registration number: 01820991
- Registered address: Kubišova 245, 250 82 Horoušany, Czech Republic
- Privacy contact: vladimir@preis-studio.cz
Zylti does not currently operate a public contact form. The listed mailbox is the verified operator mailbox for Preis Studio.
Current website model
Zylti is a statically generated website designed to minimize collection of personal data. The current public application has no user accounts, login, backend application, application database, payment processing, advertising tracker, analytics service or affiliate tracker.
Zylti Match
Match asks structured questions about software requirements and evaluates them in your browser against the site's versioned product and evidence data.
Current Match answers are held in browser memory while you use the page. They are not submitted to a Zylti backend or stored in a Zylti user account. The current Match implementation does not persist those answers to application cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage.
A decision-guide URL may contain a non-personal preset identifier in its query string. Applying that preset still happens locally in the browser and does not create an account or server-side profile.
Cookies, analytics and affiliate tracking
The current Zylti application does not set application cookies and does not enable analytics, advertising or affiliate tracking.
No consent banner is currently shown because those tracking features are not active. This must be reviewed before any feature that stores or transmits visitor-related identifiers is activated.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical request data may be processed to deliver the website, protect the service, detect abuse, investigate faults and security incidents, and maintain reliable infrastructure. This processing is based on the operator's legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, except where another legal basis is required by applicable law.
Email data is processed to respond to the message, handle correction or privacy requests, investigate technical or security reports, and keep records where reasonably necessary. Depending on the request, processing may be necessary for legitimate interests, compliance with a legal obligation, or steps taken at the sender's request before entering into a contract.
Server and security data
Zylti is served through Nginx on a Hostinger VPS. The hosting and web-server layer may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure, monitor and troubleshoot the website.
This technical information may include an IP address, request time, requested path, response status, user-agent, referrer, error details and security-related signals.
Recipients and service providers
Technical website data may be processed by the hosting and infrastructure provider where necessary to operate the VPS and related hosting services. Email communications are processed through the operator's Hostinger Email service.
When you deliberately follow an external provider or evidence link, the destination website receives the resulting request and handles it under its own privacy terms. Those external services operate independently from Zylti.
Retention
Zylti does not maintain an application database or visitor profile. Technical server records are retained only according to the active infrastructure logging configuration and for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, troubleshooting, security, abuse investigation, legal obligations or legal claims.
Email communications are kept while needed to handle the request and may be retained afterward only for a period reasonably necessary for operational records, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Phase 7B does not publish a fixed Zylti-specific retention period because no such fixed period has been independently verified for the current production logging and mailbox configuration. If that configuration is later formalized or changed, this policy must be updated.
External links and evidence sources
Zylti links to official provider websites and evidence sources. When you follow an external link, the destination provider receives the request and applies its own privacy, logging, account, cookie and international-processing rules.
Current provider links are neutral reference links. Commercial activation is off, and no approved affiliate identifier or commission-tracking mechanism is currently active.
Email communications
If you contact the operator by email, the message and information you provide may be processed to answer the request, review a correction, respond to a privacy request, investigate a security issue or keep an appropriate record of important communication.
Please provide only the information needed for the request. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the processing, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Requests can be sent to vladimir@preis-studio.cz. The operator may need to verify the requester's identity before completing a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Children and sensitive information
Zylti is not designed to collect information from children and does not request sensitive personal information through Match. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information to the operator.
Future changes
This policy must be reviewed before Zylti materially changes forms, accounts, analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, cookies, payment processing, hosting, browser storage or another data-processing feature.
Affiliate activation and search indexing remain separate project gates. Publication of this policy does not itself authorize either one.
